What happened

Your account has no verified Telegram chat or browser destination to receive this ping.

Why it might have happened

• You have not paired a destination yet.
• A Telegram pairing link was created, but you have not pressed Start in Telegram yet.
• A browser push subscription was denied, removed, or never registered successfully.

What you can try

1. Open your dashboard and pair Telegram or enable browser notifications.
2. For Telegram, open the deep-link and press Start, then check the dashboard again.
3. Send a test notification from the dashboard before retrying your API call.

Related error help

• telegram_not_configured — Telegram pairing is temporarily unavailable
• invalid_subscription — Browser push subscription was not accepted
• channel_limit — Too many destinations are paired
