- Card deposits may be disabled in this environment.
- The deposit webhook may not be registered yet.

What you can try
- Try again later, or ask the operator for a manual SMS credit grant.
- Telegram and browser push are unaffected and still deliver.
- If you are the operator, set STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET.
